Courtney's boob job video showed us that her commitment to unnatural beauty is unmatched, but now that she physically can't expand her breasts anymore, it seems the young Z-lister has developed an obsession with plumping up her lips.
While we're certainly not doctors it looks from this pic like Courtney has really taken things too far.
Can she close her lips? Chew her food? The only upside here is that there's no way she can sing with those things.
Courtney is recently divorced from fellow desperate nobody Doug Hutchison and normally we'd give a pass to any woman who was leaving a marriage and thought a minor procedure might make her feel sexy again.
The problem in Courtney's case is that she's 19 and she was only married for two years.
